The objective of this project is to provide assistance to the civil aviation authorities of the participating States and organizations for the development of global air navigation plan initiatives that contribute to the implementation of a regional air traffic management system, considering the operational concept of global ATM and the corresponding CNS technology support, including the necessary AGA, AIS and MET elements, the exchange of experiences in the processes and the training of personnel in the matters involved.
